There is both an art and a science to living deliberately. It comes from exploring our priorities and passions and capitalizing on our skills and gifts. Yet busy lives and competing commitments make it difficult to spend the time and energy to reflect on what’s really important to you and what you want to do next. Living With Intention helps you explore ways to make purposeful choices in your life and find meaning in all you do. It also offers an opportunity to relax, pamper yourself with fine food and beverages and a mini spa service (on-site), and connect with other like-minded women.

Living With Intention offers a combination of information, inspiration, and reflection to help you create a vision for how you want your life to be. You will learn how to:

• Determine what is working in your life right now (and how to build on it) and identify what is not working in your life right now (and how to change it).
• Examine proven strategies for creating positive change, including creating a specific—and “do-able”—action plan for achieving your goals.
• Adjust your mindset to better honor your strengths, celebrate the present moment, and find more joy in your life. 
• Build self care and resiliency into your life.
