   Applied Insight offers an innovative suite of personal and professional growth services. Co-owners Deanna and Michael Davis each bring a wealth of skills and experience to the company. Deanna Davis is a public speaker, personal coach and consultant with a background in public health, leadership and facilitation. Michael Davis is a licensed mental health counselor who specializes in individual, marriage, and premarital/remarital counseling. "Applied Insight was born from our shared personal and professional visions. Our areas of expertise complement each other. We are both committed to helping people achieve their unique passions and dreams-whether they are individual, relationship, or work-place based. Our first and foremost goal is to provide strategies for exceptional living." -Deanna and Michael Davis, Owners- Deanna Davis, Ph.D. Deanna Davis, co-owner of Applied Insight, is an accomplished life coach, public speaker, and writer who helps people design strategies for exceptional living. She coaches clients and audiences in such diverse issues as peak performance, finding balance, navigating change, and improving quality of life. Deanna holds a Ph.D. in Leadership with an emphasis on Mind/Body Health from Gonzaga University and a Master of Public Health degree with a focus on health education/health promotion from the University of Washington. She is currently writing a book entitled Living With Intention; Creating the Life You Want. Deanna is an admitted laughaholic and a strong proponent of adding chocolate as a key component of the USDA Food Pyramid. Michael L. Davis, MA, LMHC Michael Davis is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has been in the counseling field for 18 years. He is an active member of the Washington Mental Health Counselors Association. Michael obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology from Eastern Washington University and his Master of Arts with a special focus on Marriage and Family from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, New York. He specializes in marital and couples therapy with a strong emphasis on building better relationships.
